This page, called Shipping & Returns, aims to inform the customer about the operation, order, sale, payment, warranty and delivery of purchases made on the site www.triipi.com, owned by Rita O. Paulo, hereinafter referred to as Triipi®.
All data provided is confidential and is used for order delivery and invoice processing. Triipi® undertakes to comply with Law No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, European Parliament's Community Directives 2016/680 and 2016/681 on the Protection of Personal Data.
The completion of the purchase by the customer through the online store, assumes that the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this site, described on the Terms & Conditions page, as well as the following information.
Triipi® is a brand of handcrafted pillows for decoration and personal use. Handcrafted means "handmade", so the products are not absolutely equal to each other. The images presented are intended to be a reference to illustrate the model, always having the concern to show them as faithful as possible to the final product. For this reason, we cannot assume responsibility or accept an exchange when the reason invoked by the customer is "the product does not match what is shown in the image" or a similar content message. In the same view, the colors of the images of the products presented in the online store may not correspond fully to reality, because they are conditioned to the computer equipment in which they are viewed.
Prices and models of items available in the store may change without notice.
Items that feature accessories or appear in decorated environments are not included or for sale. The price of each product refers only to the product contemplated in the image and per unit.
The price of each item presented does not include delivery costs.

We do not make reservations. The order is only confirmed after the payment has been made. In the case of customized orders, to validate the work, the advance payment of 50% of the total value of the piece at the time of award is requested and the payment of the remaining counter delivery. Confirmation of your order, will always be accompanied by the receipt of an email.
Credit and Debit Card: once the order is validated , the customer will be forwarded to enter his details and make the purchase. The online payment process is done with total security through Stripe's payment system.
MBWAY or Bank Transfer: on the payments section please select the option "manual payment" and follow the instructions.
After a product has been added to the cart, at checkout the shipping time forecast will be displayed on the checkout page. In the event of failure to comply, Triipi® undertakes to notify and inform the customer via email. If so, this situation does not give entitlement to compensation.
After shipping, Triipi® may send an email with the Tracking Number to be able to track the order status.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, delivery time might differ from the one shown in the checkout page.
You can receive your order at an address or pickup at our location in Lisbon.
Once your order is ready for pickup you will be notified by email. Once you receive this email, please send us an email to email@example.com to arrange the date and time for your pickup.

Deliveries will be made on working days, therefore deadlines do not include weekends or holidays.
Late delivery does not entitle the client’s compensation. Orders will be delivered to the recipient's address. Triipi® cannot be held responsible if the parcel cannot be delivered due to inaccuracies or omissions in the recipient's data or the absence of any person or form to accept the above. The customer must ensure the minimum conditions of delivery - Triipi® is not responsible if the place is difficult to access and requires special transport, such as cranes, exterior lifts, winches, among others. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, volume of the order and location of delivery. The price already includes the material needed for packaging, always being safeguarded the fragility of content with proper packaging. Certain that the products are fully packaged, Triipi® assumes no responsibility for damage that may occur during transportation.

The customer may request transport insurance when ordering. In that case, you must specifically mention it when ordering and bear the costs inherent to that service.
When you receive your order, please check the condition of the packages. If you notice any externally visible damage in any of the packages, you must indicate it on the respective waybill or report it immediately to the delivery agent. If there is any anomaly in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. While we cannot guarantee dispute resolution, we will endeavor to assist with the customer complaint process.
CHANGE AND RETURN
When making a purchase, Triipi® carefully warrants that the product delivered / packaged is in perfect condition and free from defects. We only accept exchanges of value equal to or greater than the part originally purchased, within 14 days from the date of receipt, for parts sold to Portugal. In the case of an international purchase, we do not accept exchange - only return when requested within the stipulated time.
For distance purchases (online and to be received at the address via carrier), Portuguese law provides the consumer with a period of 14 days (called the reflection period), in which the customer can return one or more items without the need to indicate a reason, regardless of whether it is defective or not. In these cases (free Resolution of Contract), the return of the article, are the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February.
Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after the date of receipt of the product at the address indicated on the sender.
Although 14 days exchange / return is accepted (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:
- The returned item must be intact and without any mark / damage from use, dirt or adulterated;
- The customer must return the item together with its original or identical packaging, also in perfect condition, and invoice.
We do not accept exchanges / returns of customized products.
In case of violation of any of these points, we will not be able to accept the return (and consequent refund) or exchange. Before returning / exchanging the item, please contact us at email@example.com for confirmation from us, otherwise we will not receive the return / exchange. The value of postage for return / exchange is always the responsibility of the consumer.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENCY
Portuguese law applies to the sales conditions presented.
